The order says 'Party Quest. Agent C. 5 Intelligence documents'. You have no idea what it means? The order basically says collect 5 Intelligence documents inside the party quest and take it to Agent C at the party quest reward area.

Agent C is usually in charge of all the data but he is currently dispatched to the party quest site for his current mission. There is intelligence that the monsters inside the party quest are Master M's subordinates. Collect 5 Intelligence documents from these monsters and take it to Agent C.

Where is Agent C? If you successfully get through the party quest, you will be able to meet him. Each time you take 5 Intelligence documents, you will receive Agent C's Old Receiver, and every time you collect 100 documents, you will receive Agent C's Titanium Reciver.
