[Complete] Truth of the Rumor

Main dialogue

The information you gave me was a great help. The tree from the rumor seems to be 3220000. Rumor has it the stumps on 102000000 Stone Mountain appear to be malnourished. You can see the stumps' branches withering away.

All this concludes that 3220000 has returned. However, this is just my assumption, and no evidence exists to prove this. In order to prove my theory, I need 4031773 from the stumps. Will you help me again?

Thank you. You are a very active person. 4031773 is the condition of all the stumps. In addition, Dark Axe Stumps are more prone to this condition than normal stumps. Observe these stumps and bring back 100 4031773.

Decline

It's not a difficult task. I don't understand why you've suddenly switched gears on this.
