Main dialogue

Hey, that's my arthritis medicine! Well… I recently found a new type of medicine for this, but I didn't get enough, so I kept it a secret and used it all for myself. If Teo finds out about this, things might get a bit awkard between him and me... Please keep this a secret from him, okay? I'll give you a gift.

I can trust you on this, right? Please keep it a secret. Oh, and as a token of my appreciation, I'll give you some snail shells used to treat arthritis.
