There's an old station building that has ceased construction. Lately, I have received reports that a flurry of monsters have been roaming around the area. Mr. Lim was sent there to assess the damage, but he just sent word that he needs another person to help and requests that I send someone dependable.

I am sure you know your way around Victoria Island much better than I do, but just to make sure, here's how to get there: \nHead east of Kerning City, and you'll see a path that heads north that leads to Perion. Follow that route, and you'll reach Construction Site North of Kerning City. It's huge, but in that area, you'll find an entrance that leads to the Abandoned Subway Station. Once there, tell Mr. Lim I sent you there.

You must be busy helping someone else. That's too bad, because I can't think of anyone else who could do this job.

Train 999 is the area where you'll find a number of special Bubblings. Those Bubblings tend to gather up shiny, useful items, which means you might be able to get some of them through drops.
