According to the ancient book, this emblem signifies Marbas, a demon who was sealed in Ellinia. He is a malicious figure that takes joy in transmitting deadly diseases. You can assume that he is responsible for all diseases that were recently found in Victoria Island.
Now, since we've figured out who was responsible, we must stop the virus from spreading. Won't you help me?
