At the suggestion from 2041004, the security guard of 220000000, I headed to 240000000 as the messenger of 220000000. 2041004 graciously provided me with tLeafre Guidebook as well as a flight ticket provided by 220000000. What's the item I'm supposed to give him, though?

This Magic Seed is a flower seed full of mystical powers which contains teleporting magic. Anyone that holds onto this Magic Seed will be enabled to enter the entrance to the Forest that cannot be entered by a mere mortal. Someone mentioned that the Western part of this town features such entrance. Go check it out.
