Fortunately, you probably won't have to hunt any powerful monsters yet since it's still in the beginning stages of the operation. I'm saying, you can easily do it. What do you say? Operation strategy 1 is to collect all the eggs! Simply put, you just have to find Tick-Tock, Chronos, and Timer's Egg from the upper level and collect 10 each. You'll be able to find them if you hunt Ticks, Tick-Tocks, and all Chronos. But I must warn you, Timer will be a little tricky.
