Making the Body & Physics Medicine 1

Okay, so... one, two, three ... how am I supposed to count! Why do I see so many students getting injured while training? This is not the most strenuous training around, but... is something lacking here? Hmmm... you over there, can you help me out here?

Thanks. As you may well know, physical training, if not done right, can cause serious damage to your body. Recently, a growing number of students have been injured here, and I think the main reason is because everyone here looks... lethargic. As a trainer, I feel the need to get some medicine for these students.

If that's because you want to train yourself, then I strongly suggest you take the medicine first.
