Main dialogue
I found out why those monsters are twice as strong... Turns out, some monsters are sapping energy straight from \nUlu City's power reserves and channeling them to other monsters, doubling their strength!
Time to put an end to that. It'd be strategically wise to take out the monsters transferring the energy first. Once they're gone, the other monsters will be too weak to be much of a threat.

Eh, I don't blame you for being too tired to fight on... I've been doing this for a while now myself.

But there's something else going on in a hidden area of \nUlu City. Every ounce of my military training screams that it's something...dangerous. I sent a squad to investigate. Come find me in a little bit and I'll tell you what they discover.
