Operation strategy 1 is to collect all the eggs! Simply put, you just have to find 4230113, 3230306, and 4031991 from the upper level and collect 10 each. You'll be able to find them if you hunt Ticks, Tick-Tocks, and all Chronos. But I must warn you, 5220003 will be a little tricky.

5220003s have a tendency of hatching eggs in another bird's nest. So you can't collect any eggs no matter how many 5220003s you hunt. You can probably find 4031991 amongst the eggs of 4230113 and Chronos.

If you find an egg that seems different from the eggs of 4230113 and those of Chronos, try cracking it open. 4031991 will be mixed in there somewhere with other eggs. You'll complete the operation strategy one when you bring 4230113, Chronos, and 4031991. Good luck.
